Step 1
Instructions: Click on Doctor Locator link at left. You will see window as shown on right.

Instructions: Enter your zip code in the box marked and click on search. This will take you to page as shown on right. If needed double click on map near your area to zoom in.

Instructions: Continue double clicking to zoom in or use the scroll button on mouse. You will start to see purple and green bubbles. Zoom in to your location as close as possible. The page should appear as on right.

Step 4
Instructions: When you have located your icon it should appear as on right. Keep clicking bubbles until you find yourself. If you do not find your bubble please call us immediately. There may be a slight problem with your location information.

Step 5
Instructions: When you locate your bubble click on view profile. The page should appear as on right.

Step 6
Instructions: Once you click on view profile the screen at right appears. Your username is your email address. Click on forgot password and the system will generate an email and send you a new password. Go back to this login page and enter your email address as username and the new password. All previous passwords generated by the old doctor locator no longer function.

Step 7
Instructions: If you have any problem with your information or logging in find contact us form on goimpulse.com homepage and fill out the form and submit. Generally we will get back to you the same day and/or correct the problem in a couple minutes.

Step 8
Instructions: Fill out all fields if possible. Include all hours, services, techniques, etc. You can even upload your picture to the site. If you have a digital picture you can provide it to us and we will revise and upload it for you. Remember that the integrity of this site is based on content and accuracy.

Instructions: Once the form is completed click on save changes and you should see a page similar to one at right. Again, if you have any problems please call immediately.
